2024 R2P Summer Retreat
R2P is excited to announce the first ever Professionals Track being added to this year’s R2P Summer Retreat hosted in St. Charles, MO on August 24-25!
For those of you who have attended the Rep Retreat, you know this event is aimed at fostering relationships between our community of stellar student club representatives each year. This year, we wanted to extend the fun and learning of this community building weekend to exceptional active care clinicians like yourselves to network with each other, gather clinical pearls, and spark potential preceptorship opportunities with arguably the brightest young minds chiropractic schools have to offer!
Join us Saturday, August 24th to hear from our featured presenter, Dr. Taylor Premer, DC with Winchester Spine and Sport, as he shares his experiences in Marketing to & Managing the High School Athlete! Dr. Premer is a brilliant mind with a knack for optimizing performance among the high school athlete population and has quickly made a name for himself returning athletes to play safely and in a timely manner.
Following Saturday’s presentation, there will be a social event where clinicians will have the opportunity to network with R2P student representatives in attendance at the Rep Track occurring down the conference hall. We are excited to connect those knowledge seeking professionals with the next generation of difference makers through food/drink, fellowship, and good times!
To wrap up the weekend on Sunday morning, join us for a conjoined presentation on Effectively Utilizing Preceptors. Learn more about vetting preceptor applicants and making it both a learning experience for the student and an enhancement of patient experience for your practices.
This event is open to all clinicians whether you were a former R2P student rep, club member, or are just hearing about R2P for the first time! Additionally, if you are a student currently in or entering preceptorship (trimesters 9-10) this August, we invite you to join us for the Professionals Track at a discounted preceptor rate of $199.

Saturday Lecture – Marketing to & Managing the HS Athlete: 8:00-5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch break
Student Representatives Saturday Night Social: 5:30pm in the hotel lobby
Sunday Lecture – Effectively Utilizing Preceptorships: 8am-9:30am – Networking Opportunity immediately following. Professionals Track is concluded. Student Representatives continue with Logistics of Club Operations until approximately 2pm.
Meet our Presenter
Dr. Taylor Premer, DC
- Dr. Taylor Premer grew up in a small town in Nebraska, attending the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to study Nutrition Science and then chiropractic school at Cleveland University-Kansas City. There, he served as club president of the Motion Palpation Institute and acquired over 800 hours of continuing education experience in manual manipulation, rehabilitative exercise (DNS), kinesiology taping, manual therapy, and musculoskeletal diagnosis. In his free time, Dr. Taylor Premer enjoys reading and exploring new ways of treating patients. Taylor and his wife Taylor Thompson share a passion for coffee shops and traveling the world together while still making lasting connections in the Troy and surrounding communities.
