Welcome 2 the R2P Leadership Academy 

The R2P Leadership Academy is a cohort series, focused on a framework-based approach on helping the community of R2P become more self-reliant leaders for themselves, and their communities; through the development of mental models for goal setting, self-development, leadership, communication, and relationship building. 

The goal of the program is to arm each participant with the knowledge, and skills to build their own mental framework for setting, achieving, and developing themselves into the highest caliber person they can be.

Each course is formatted around a 6-week intensive discussion group, with each week focusing on one component of leadership, each weekly lesson is preceded by an focus assignment dedicated to pre-learning the topic of the week, complimented by small group discussion activities during each meeting, and followed by a reflection exercise; all designed to engage each participant from several different areas of attention to drive high levels of retention, and inspire action.
