Rehab-focused chiropractors are exceptionally strong in active care—but often feel there’s a gap when it comes to high-level manual therapy that truly complements their programming. This masterclass is designed to bridge that gap.
Join Dr. Cory Bailey for a deep dive into practical, modern manual therapy techniques that integrate seamlessly into a rehab-based model. This course is built for clinicians who want to enhance outcomes, improve patient buy-in, and elevate their hands-on skillset without abandoning the active care principles they value.
What You’ll Learn:
- High-yield manipulation techniques with a focus on precision and clinical reasoning
- Joint mobilization strategies to improve movement and reduce pain
- Effective soft tissue approaches that actually carry over into function
- Fascial therapies that enhance global movement patterns
- Taping methods to support treatment between visits
- Scar and skin work to address overlooked contributors to dysfunction
This is not about passive care replacing active care—it’s about using manual therapy as a powerful tool to unlock better movement, faster progress, and stronger patient outcomes.
Who This Is For:
- Chiropractors practicing or transitioning toward a rehab-based model
- Clinicians who want to refine and modernize their manual therapy approach
- Providers looking to confidently integrate hands-on work into active treatment plans
Why This Course?
Because the best rehab clinicians don’t choose between manual therapy and exercise—they combine them strategically.
Walk away with immediately applicable techniques, a clearer clinical framework, and the confidence to use manual therapy as a meaningful extension of your rehab approach.

Our Saturday Speaker – Dr Tony Katakis will be discussing how to build and scale a Cash-Based Rehab Chiropractic Practice
He will share the systems, data, and decision-making frameworks he used to grow St. Louis Sports Clinic from a low-overhead solo practice into a multi-provider, multi-seven-figure cash-based rehab chiropractic clinic. The presentation will focus on identifying and solving the core constraints that limit growth in cash practice: demand, provider capacity, marketing, sales, clinical delivery, retention, and patient success.
Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to build a profitable cash-based practice that does not rely on guesswork, but instead uses objective data, simple operating systems, and strategic constraint management to scale clinical quality, patient outcomes, and business performance.
Our Sunday Speaker – Dr Ryan Brinker will provide a practical blueprint for building and growing a successful insurance-based chiropractic practice without compromising ethics, clinical excellence, or patient trust.
Participants will learn proven strategies for startup planning, financial management, reimbursement optimization, and operational efficiency while maintaining a patient-centered approach that avoids excessive treatment recommendations and unnecessary financial burden.
Beyond practice growth, this course emphasizes the responsibility of developing the next generation of chiropractors by creating opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and fair career advancement. Attendees will leave with actionable tools to build practices that are financially strong, ethically grounded, and positioned to serve both patients and young doctors for years to come

Your clinical skills got you here. Your leadership will take you further.
The transition from student to clinician is one of the most pivotal — and underestimated — shifts in a young doctor’s career. Most enter the marketplace with strong clinical skills but no clear framework for how to lead themselves, communicate with impact, or create opportunities in a competitive environment.
In this session, Dr. Kyle Thompson introduces a high-agency approach to professional development — one that moves beyond waiting for opportunities and equips attendees with the mental models and communication principles needed to manufacture them.
Over a day and a half of hands-on workshops, live lectures, and boardroom mastermind think tanks in small groups, you’ll stress-test your ideas, pressure-check your thinking alongside peers, and walk away with a personalized roadmap — not just information.
Whether you’re a student clinician stepping into your first preceptorship, a new associate finding your footing, or an experienced doc ready to sharpen your edge — this course meets you where you are and raises the ceiling on what’s possible.
You’ll leave with:
🔹 A personalized leadership framework built around your unique strengths

🔹A high-agency mindset for navigating the clinical marketplace

🔹 Core communication principles applied directly to marketplace skills

🔹 Practical tools for creating your own opportunities — before you even have a title
This isn’t a passive learning experience. This is a room full of driven clinicians doing the real work — together.
