At Main Health Collective, our mission is to help patients move better, recover faster, and build long-term resilience through evidence-informed, movement-based chiropractic care. We take an individualized (N=1) approach – integrating hands-on treatment, movement-based rehabilitation, and patient education tailored to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol. Our goal is simple: help people feel better, move better, and stay that way long-term.
Dr. Zach Main is a chiropractic physician originally from Canada. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences from Brock University before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic at National University of Health Sciences (NUHS) in Lombard, Illinois. His background in high-level hockey and lacrosse sparked an early interest in movement, performance, and recovery; an interest that now shapes his clinical approach.
While at NUHS, Dr. Zach helped revitalize the R2P club, serving as president for three trimesters – an experience that played a foundational role in shaping his identity as a clinician and his commitment to the R2P community. Today, he brings that same evidence-informed, movement-first philosophy to Main Health Collective in Knoxville, TN, where he’s building a practice rooted in collaborative, individualized rehab-based care.
