Dr. Mitch Israel is a chiropractor, rehabilitation specialist, and strength coach based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He is the founder of SYMYO Sports Therapy, a cash-based, performance-focused rehabilitation clinic that helps active adults overcome pain, improve movement quality, and build long-term strength and resilience.
Dr. Israel’s approach bridges the gap between rehabilitation and performance by combining AI-movement assessments, manual therapy, corrective exercise, and strength training into a comprehensive system designed to address the root causes of pain and dysfunction.
He is also the co-creator of the Movement Age® assessment, an objective movement assessment designed to measure how a person’s body moves compared to their chronological age and identify opportunities to improve movement quality, physical capacity, and long-term health.
